Order Processing

Order processing is the time it takes from the moment you place your order on our site to when it gets packed & leaves our warehouse. Orders that are placed after 12:00 pm CT begin processing the following business day. Order processing can take up to 2 business days.

Once your order is placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations.

Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks, and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that delivery times do not include order processing times.

Our warehouse is located in Garland, Texas. Transit time will depend on your delivery address and its proximity to our warehouse.

• Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: $18.00 USD

2nd Day Shipping:

• Contiguous 48 States: $18.00 USD
• Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: $20.00 USD

Overnight Shipping: $35.00 USD

International Shipping Costs

For shipments outside of the United States, we ship DDP (with duties paid). Shipping duties and taxes are all included in the final price you see at checkout.
